Beaded Crowns Jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Beaded Crowns Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Handled with care - allow 5 business days for fulfillment Each order is packaged with care by our small team in Mesquite, Texas. While some items are in stock and ready to ship, some of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment. Once an order leaves our hands we will notify the customer with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
