RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Beaded Crowns Jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Beaded Crowns Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

DAMAGES:
- In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item including a photo of damage item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
- You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
